Thats my Point of View
Yesterday five people were killed in a plane crash in my original home county of Kent.

The light aircraft left Biggin Hill Airport due for France, but immediately began to have problems and the pilot was reported to have called mayday seconds before it crashed, while trying to do an emergency landing back at Biggin Hill, unfortunately it crashed less than five miles of the runway into two houses in Farnbourough before being engulfed in flames, both houses were also ablaze. There were three passengers destined for France and two pilots who were all killed.
Emergency Authorities are saying that it could have been much worse if it had crashed further into the small estate where children were playing outside, witnesses say they saw the plane crashing through fences less than 25 yards from their homes, also eyewitnesses have described seeing panic on the faces of those inside the aircraft before the twin-engined Cessna Citation I clipped a building and crashed.one man rushed to the scene as he thought that his son was playing near the houses where the plane crashed, but found him unharmed, he also said that there was nothing that anyone could have done to save the passengers or pilots. The couple of one of the houses destroyed was away on holiday at the time.
Those who died have not yet been formally identified but they are said to include pilot Mike Roberts and passengers David Leslie, 54, a former British Touring Car champion driver and Richard Lloyd, 63, the boss of Apex Motorsport who was also a former touring car champion.
Our thoughts and prayers go to those that have lost family and friends on this flight and also to the deceased.
