Thats my Point of View
After a small amount of consideration I began blogging just 21 days ago and am quite pleased with the amount of viewers and readers I have received , mainly because I have always thought that I haven’t really got anything exciting to write about, well I must be doing something right.I have found that my movie reviews are getting a little more attention than my other posts, so am debating whether to just keep reviewing films rather than blog about all sorts, trouble is there are plenty of other sites that are based on film reviews only, so really I want to keep my site quite interesting by adding posts of all sorts, from my everyday activities, news in brief and basically anything goes. Any feedback would be great as it could help me improve my site, obviously I want to attract visitors and don’t want to turn them away by putting a load of old cods wallop on. If you think that a particular post is boring tell me, because if that is the case I can either jazz the next one up or stop writing posts about that particular subject out altogether.

You’ve blogged less than a month, so I suggest you keep on writing and follow your stats closely. Over time you’ll discover which topic garners interest most..
If you take a look at some prominent bloggers’ first post, you’ll see that it is unrelated to the current topic they’re focusing on.
So keep writing and slowly evolve to focusing on your selected topic, just give ‘em some time and you’ll know what to pick!
Happy blogging!
People always say there is a “method” to bringing traffic to your site or attracting readers. But I believe if you are just yourself, and blog honestly, people will always come back for more. Granted, if people happen to like one topic more than another it helps to talk more about it. However, I think you sell yourself short, and might even get tired or burnt out if you beat it to death.
Just be you
Thankyou Black Zedd for this useful imformation, I will take your advice on board.
I blog whatever I feel like blogging. Different posts get more “traffic”, but the most comments are usually from my “daily life” posts.
Do what you want. “If you write it, they will come.”
I like blogs which have a good mix of posts.. It’s interesting to get an insight into someones life and interests..
The best you can do is to write what you have passion for. Catering to teh needs is ok, but to truly interest other is a subject, you have to love it yourself.
Good luck
